How to filter which Etsy products to import into Nembol
When you connect your Etsy channel to Nembol, the first import happens automatically and includes all active listings. If you need to import more products—because you’ve created new items on Etsy or want to include inactive listings—you can adjust your Import settings and filter the next product import.
Here’s how:
- Go to your Channels tab
- Click on Etsy channel and select the “Import settings”
- Your can filter by Listing status: choose between Active, Draft, Expired, or Inactive.
- Filter by Shop section: choose whether to import all products or only those from a specific category.
- Turn Import Updates ON if you want changes made on Etsy to be imported into Nembol and synced across your sales channels. Keep Import Updates OFF if you only want to import new products from Etsy—existing products in Nembol will not be updated.
- Once done, please click “Import from channels”, select Etsy, review your settings, and proceed with the import.
- You can monitor the import progress and status in the Activities tab.
- Once done, your newly imported products will appear in the Products tab.

Can I import my draft products from Etsy into Nembol?
Yes. If you have a Pro plan or higher, you can filter your import by Listing status and include Draft products. This allows you to import only Draft listings or combine them with Active, Expired, or Inactive listings as needed.
How do I import new products from Etsy into Nembol?
If you have new products on Etsy, go to the Products tab, click on Import from channels and select Etsy. Make sure Import Update is configured according to your needs:
ON: Updates existing products and adds new ones.
OFF: Only new products will be imported; existing products in Nembol remain unchanged.
Why do my imports fail with the error: “Does not have Quantity per SKU: it cannot be shared multichannel”?
This happens because Nembol requires stock per variation (SKU). On Etsy, if “Quantities vary by variation” is OFF, stock is only at the parent product level, which cannot be shared across channels.
Solution: Turn “Quantities vary” ON for your Etsy listings, then retry the import. For further help, contact customer support.
