Can’t connect second Etsy to Nembol

Sometimes, when trying to connect a second Etsy store, Nembol may notify you that the store is already connected. Follow these steps to fix it:

  1. Check your plan to make sure it allows multiple accounts per channel. You must be on Pro Plan and higher.
  2. Open Nembol in a private window or use a different browser to avoid login conflicts.
  3. Log in to your new Etsy account from there, ompleting all the required authorization steps.
  4. Once the connection is complete, your new Etsy store will appear in the Channels tab, and all active listings will be automatically imported into Nembol.
  5. You can find your imported products in the Products tab, or set up your “Publish to” settings to list items on this Etsy store.
