Import products into Nembol
Once you connect your sales channel to Nembol, your active listings will be automatically imported and will be available to manage in the Products tab.
There are two ways to add more products to your Nembol:
- Import from sales channels
- Import from CSV
Import from Channels:
- Go to Products tab and click “Import from Channels“
- Select the channel you want to import from.
- Check and adjust your Import settings (available starting from Pro plan and during Free trial).
- Once your import settings are correct, proceed with the import.
- During import process, Nembol will automatically identity and link products with matching SKUs. All other products will be added as new. Nembol will not import the same item twice.
Import from CSV:
- Go to Products tab and click “Import CSV file“.
- You can use your own CSV file or download our template.
- Make sure your CSV includes the 5 required fields: id, title, description, quantity, and price.
- Once everything is updated, click Import CSV.
- Imported products will appear in your Products tab.
- If any products fail to import, Nembol will provide an error file. You can download it, identify and fix the issues, and retry the import.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a limit to how many products I can import at once?
There’s no strict limit on the number of products you can import, but the optimal batch size may depend on your Nembol plan. To see how many products are allowed per plan, please check the Nembol pricing page.
Are my products automatically published to other channels after import?
No. Importing products into Nembol does not automatically publish them. Publishing is a manual action that you control, so you decide when and where each product appears on your connected channels.
Are linked products considered a single product in Nembol?
Yes. Linked products are treated as a single product in Nembol. When an order is received on any connected channel, Nembol automatically decreases the stock by 1. However, you can maintain separate product details for each channel by keeping “Update products from Nembol” turned OFF.
