When will I be billed?

Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged on the date you upgrade to a Nembol paid plan and on the same date every subsequent month: your Nembol monthly subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. For yearly subscribers: you will be automatically charged the following year on the same day, at the same time. Users subscribing via Shopify: you will be charged by Shopify in your standard monthly invoice. This may happen on a different date compared to your subscription date.

If I upgrade to a larger plan, will I be billed twice?

No! You will always be charged just once, and correctly. Please start small, and upgrade to a larger plan when you need more products in Nembol or more functions. You will be billed just the difference between the plan you have paid, and the larger subscription you're taking, and just for the remaining days of your billing period. No tricks!

How is Nembol product limit calculated?

All Nembol plans are based on the number of products managed in Nembol. Nembol does not count how many times the products get listed (i.e. you have unlimited listings), or how many variations products have (you have unlimited variations) and you are encouraged to have as many orders as you can (unlimited orders and 0% commissions on sales). Import and export products how many times you want. Edit them every times you want, with no additional charges.

How can I import more products?

If you have reached the product limit of your Nembol plan, you can import/create more products by upgrading to a higher plan. This can be done at any time. In case of an upgrade, you will pay only the pro-rata difference between the two plans. If you are already using Enterprise+, you can buy additional 5,000-product slots for $40 each.

When can I cancel my subscription?

You can stop your Nembol subscription at any time. Monthly subscribers will be able to use Nembol until the end of their ongoing billing period. Yearly subscribers can cancel any time, and they will be refunded any fully unused months, net of a fixed-amount administrative fee. The latter mainly goes to the payment processor. When your Nembol subscription stops, inventory sync will stop. If you actually want to cancel, you have to cancel your subscription on the Subscription Tab on Nembol directly.

What happens to my listings after I cancel?

When your Nembol subscription ends, the products you listed via Nembol will not be deleted from your channels. However, two weeks after your subscription ends, your Nembol account will be deleted, with all its contents and channel configurations. Your stores, and channels will not be affected. Once listed, your items will stay listed. Etsy, Shopify, TikTok, eBay, Amazon, and all other channels will remain untouched and your listings will stay alive.
