Scoped API keys
Bearer keys created in your dashboard, scoped to a single store and carrying only the permissions you grant. Revoke a key and access stops immediately.
Safe retries
Every response reports your remaining quota, and 429s carry an exact Retry-After. Send an Idempotency-Key on any write and replaying it returns the original response instead of duplicating the operation.
Encryption in transit
Every API call runs over HTTPS. Webhook endpoints must be HTTPS too — plaintext URLs and private network addresses are rejected at registration.
Signed webhooks
Every delivery carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature over the raw body plus a timestamp, so you can reject anything replayed or forged. Rotate the signing secret with no downtime — the previous one keeps validating for 24 hours.
Durable event log
Orders, products, inventory, listings and operations all emit events, retained for 30 days. Replay them to reconcile after downtime, or poll the log and skip webhooks entirely.
Test mode
Use a test key and writes are fully validated but never persisted and never reach your channels. Simulated results come back marked as such, so your integration tests read exactly like production.
