How many Etsy shops are you allowed to have?

As of Nov 7th 2024, Etsy Help Center states: “You’re welcome to run multiple shops at once on Etsy”.

Therefore Etsy allows each seller to have more than one shop: there is currently no specific limit on the number of Etsy shops each seller can have.

Opening and managing multiple Etsy shops can be beneficial in many ways, but you need to keep a couple of things in mind. Read on..

Can I have 2 Etsy shops under one account?

• No. Each Etsy seller account can be associated with only one Etsy shop, and each Etsy account needs a different email address. Meaning that you need to register for each new Etsy account with a different email address for every additional Etsy shop.
• You can have more than two Etsy stores. In fact, you can have as many as you want, as long as you create different Etsy accounts. We will look into having three or more Etsy accounts at the end of this article.

Keep in mind that sellers who run multiple shops on Etsy are required to list all the shops they run in the Public Profile section of each of their Etsy accounts.

Needless to say, each Etsy account must comply with all of Etsy’s requirements and seller’s policies.

Can you have two Etsy accounts with the same bank account?

Yes. Towards your Etsy seller registration, you can use the same credit card and bank account for both your shops. And actually use the same bank account and credit card on more than 2 Etsy shops.

Can you have multiple Etsy shops under one LLC?

Yes, each company can have multiple Etsy accounts. Therefore you can have multiple shops under one LLC, or under one Corporation (Corp. or Inc.), or really any other type of company.

Can you manage multiple Etsy accounts on the same browser?

Not at the same time, this is one reason why third party apps become handy. Most browsers do not allow users to be signed in to multiple accounts of the same website at the same time, Etsy included.

How to link multiple Etsy stores using Nembol

Linking different Etsy accounts together is really easy. All you need to do is to connect all of them to Nembol.

Do the following (or watch our video):

1. Go to your Channels Tab in Nembol.
2. Click on “Connect channels +” button.
3. Log in your first Etsy account, the one you want to get listings from.
4. Nembol will now automatically import all active listings from the first channel you connect. Note: Importing active listings is our default, but you can change it in the import and listing settings.
5. Go back to the Channels Tab.
6. Click again on “Connect channels +” button.
7. Log in your second Etsy account.
8. If you have multiple Etsy accounts, repeat this step several times.

How to migrate products from one Etsy shop to another

Transferring your items to your new Etsy account with Nembol is really simple. Follow this procedure:

1. First, connect both your first Etsy account (Etsy 1) and your second one (Etsy 2) to Nembol .
2. Let’s say you want to migrate products from Etsy 1 to Etsy 2.
   Open Etsy 1’s settings in Nembol and set your “Import settings” preferences;
   Open Etsy 2’s settings in Nembol and set your “Publish settings” preferences;

7. Confirm with the Publish button.
